Risk disclosure

Creating and trading tokens carries substantial risk, including total loss of funds. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be reversed by RocketZA. Nothing in this product is financial, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for the token you create, its distribution, its compliance with the laws that apply to you, and any representations you make to holders.

Terms of service

• RocketZA is a self-service tool. You launch tokens with your own wallet and remain the operator of your token.
• RocketZA never takes custody of your tokens, liquidity or private keys.
• Platform fees are paid in crypto directly from your wallet and are non-refundable once the on-chain payment is confirmed.
• You may not use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive or illegal launches. Accounts abusing the platform can be removed.
• The service is provided "as is", without warranties. Third-party protocols such as Meteora are outside our control.

Privacy

• We store your account email, optional username, the public wallet addresses you associate, your launch configurations and the transaction signatures produced by your launches.
• We never request or store private keys or seed phrases. No wallet operation can move funds without your explicit in-wallet approval.
• Launch and transaction data recorded on the Solana blockchain is public and permanent by design.
• You can update your profile and remove wallet associations at any time from account settings.
